There Was An Error In My Order and I Can't Get Support
I have created a 5-volume set of family Christmas photo books, and I decided to order a complete set for my daughter. Nearly $1000 worth of books! When my order was delivered, I discovered that I had received Volumes 3, 4, and 5 but I had received two Volume 1 books; there was no Volume 2. Oddly, one of the Volume 1 books had the slip cover for Volume 2. A simple error, I thought. I wrote to Support and got a ticket number. Then, during the holidays, I received an email saying that Blurb was clearing out support tickets and that I needed to respond to the email if I still had a support issue. So I responded to the email. And then I wrote another email yesterday. I have had no response from Blurb at all. Help!
