No Support

I am about to distribute my first book but have issues with setting up Paypal as my fee account, but are having issues with the verification; I have already asked for help from Blurb Support, but with no feedback or help till now. I also want to set-up more than one distributi9on channel, but is only given the Amazon choice... WHY?
