Hi! Booksmart seems to be broken for me even using the latest updated version 18.104.22.168869. It is no longer possible to upload your book. The client tells that your username/password is wrong. Which it isn't as I can log in from the web using the same credentials. I have tried from two different computers now. One Windows 8 PC and one Windows 10 PC. Unfortuntately I have already created my book in Booksmart and I am not so fond of having to start all over from scratch with another tool. I have the export file but there seems to be no way to upload a Booksmart export file to the web and no way to import it into BookWright (other than downloading from the web, which I can't as I can't upload it...) No answer from support yet even though several days have passed. General feeling is that this is not a high priority from the support. Nonetheless I would be ordering around 30 books if this was working. So not only I am getting more frustrated. Blurb is loosing business too. I would very much appreciate comments from users in the same situation. Has anyone managed a work around? Please tell us what the workaround was!
