Sometimes I would like to pace objects with the Arrow Keys and not with drag and drop. I cannot move the objects in Book Wright. This does not allow very fine placement.

I also would like to select one or more objects on a page and copy/cut/paste at a different place in the book. But that is also not possible.

I think these are fundamental features of such a software. Did I miss anything? What are the plans?
