Is customer support closed?

I have made several requests to customer support with no response. I am sitting here waiting for an answer so I can order my books. Is anyone getting answers or am I just wasting my time and delaying my book?

I also have been waiting awhile to hear back.  Several projects are ready to go but need to have an issue in printing resolved first. #1268061

I have a similar question. I received an incorrect order and notified Blurb immediately. Request #1269938. I have not ever received a reply except for the automated one. It's now past the 14 day return policy and I'm still waiting on a corrected book and advice on what to do with this one.
