No response for claim about damaged books

I submitted a request on August 7th (#1256011) about 14 damaged copies and requested new copies. So far after 10 days, I haven’t heard from anyone on this matter. This is a yearbook for 45 people, and we can’t distribute them to the group until we get an answer on our request. I don’t know where else to go, so I’m posting this here. Please direct me to the right people to resolve this matter.
