I contacted Blurb a week ago on July 17th about serious print issues (Request 1248619) and still have not received any service. Both of my preview copies (one hard cover on pearl paper and the other soft cover on premium matte) have printing issues. I cannot move forward on distributing this work until it is resolved by Blurb!! This is a serious quality control issue that needs to be addressed. I think more attention needs to be paid to customer service and less on promotion. I get promotional emails from Blurb every day, but non specifically address my issue. I have alerted my book club to this concern.
