BookWright ebook problems

I made a simple magazine with BookWright and put some videos in the last couple of pages.  The videos worked fine in my BookWright project.  I uploaded the print and ebook version, and purchased the print version.  I tried to preview the ebook but could not do that until I purchased the ebook.  Then the preview only showed 30 per cent of the book and I couldn't change that.  I downloaded the ebook to my IPAD and the videos do not play.

The only reason I use BookWright is for the magazine feature.  I guess creating a product (BookWright), with less functionality and less ease of use than it's predecessor (BookSmart), makes it a more "professional" product.

It should be possible to preview the eBook version before purchasing it, and I want to see all pages.

I got a message from Blurb telling me that if I downloaded Bookwright it could convert my Booksmart print book to an Ebook -- a reflowable Ebook that could sell on Amazon, presumably for kindle. I had to change the format to standard portrait, but even after that it will only convert to a fixed text format for Apple and Ipad. I have been in touch with support but I still can't get a clear answer as to why Bookwright won't convert the print to a reflowable Ebook.. The videos are for creating an Ebook from scratch, which isn't possible for this project. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
