[Urgent] Need assistance with my support ticket

Hi, I have created a support ticket for my case but haven't got any responses yet. This is an urgent case because we have just launched our printing books service and chosen Blurb for our business. I just want everything to run smoothly so my customers get the books on time. I will appreciate a lot if anyone can response to my support ticket as soon as possible. Regards, Khoa
