I am currently making my 11th book using Blurb, and the same thing is happening to me for the first time. The Rotate button is greyed out. Potentially there is a bug?

I load upright pics from my computer to blurb book but they show up sideways in my book & won't rotate the whole pics. Works fine with pics from my camera but not pics from my phone camera. What can I do?
