Every time I try to download book smart to find my book it takes me to the page that says it was sent to my email. I go to my email and it takes me back to the page that says it is sent to my email.  I had a book made and had to close my computer down for travel.  I can't find my book.

I recently completed a book and tried to order it.(Georgie's Kitchen Shower Recipe Book). I was unable to do so on my computer because it said it could not find a secure network (quite peculiar) so I exported it to a USB and transferred it to my laptop, which did not have my saved password. I reset my password, but when I opened my account, my finished book and another I am working on did not appear.  Where are they?

I made a book yesterday and now gone help me or I will complain it the manager of blurb and also put you off the market you have 2 weeks

I was working on my book, saved it and now I can't find it.????

Did you get an answer to this question?  I don't see the responses.  The way this site is set up makes me weary about printing a book through them!

I am unable to find the book that I have been working on.  I started towards the end of last year and was working on it for about 6 months.  I did even try contact you because I wanted more photo spaces but you did not respond.

After that - I because busy with other projects.  I would like now to finish it.  I think it was called Australia 1973/2015 or something of the similar. That is certainly what it was about and I will be so upset if I cannot find.  This was my 4th book so please do not disappoint

In 2012 I created a picture book, "Conner and Grandpa Take a Train".  It doesn't appear with my other books, nor can I find it on search in your files.  It's very important to me.

Where are the answers to these questions? I too cannot find 2 books I was working on! Help!
