Over a week ago I started a photo book in Bookwright.  Has anyone else had problems with a draft photo book crashing constantly on opening.  I have escalated to Blurb customer service but they are just not dealing with my query and reply to say they are looking into it but then never get back to me.  They asked me to send them the draft file which I did but have received no feedback.  I have even raised a second ticket but, once again, nothing.  This is about the worst customer service I have had.  Help?
