Lost book order and no support

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, which was supposed to be delivered to me Nov. 5. I received an email saying the delivery would be delayed, but was given no other information. I have sent 4 messages over the last two weeks with no response. This is extremely unprofessional. I don't know what to do.
