Delete button is missing in online projects

I have two books projects for sale and I want to delete the one of them:The Standard Color Edition, to create a new of economy color. Unfortunately I followed the guidance provide here about deleting online books button I cannot find nowhere a delete button next to the titles or everyone else. How I could solve it?
