Returned to Sender in Transit?

I placed an order on July 27, 2020 and received a shipping notice on July 30, 2020. The day that the order was shipped, UPS tracking indicated that it was "returned to sender" and I have not received any updated information about the order. I submitted a support ticket on August 12, but as of 11:15 AM on August 25, I have not received any response. Is there an alternate way to contact Blurb to find out when the book order will be fulfilled?
