Wordpress blog to Blurb book

I have a wordpress blog that I would love to turn into a blurb book - just for me. It's my hobbyist photography blog and I would love to have an album/keepsake of it.  Is there anyone who can help me figure out how to export my blog to the Booksmart software?  Or is there anyone willing to undertake this project for me for a fee?

I have used Blurb on three previous occasions to turn my blog into lovely Blurb books. I can't seem to "slurp" the latest blog. I last did a book in April 2014. Has something changed?

Did you get an answer?  I have same question.  My blog is on Wordpress and that does not come up as on of the blog sources ...

Hi Asinwell No, we had an initial query from Blurb support and then it went silent. We have given up and have spent a lot of time uploading a very extensive photo file. We then converted the text of the blog to a Word document and are currently in the process of importing that into Booksmart. It is taking a lot longer but the preparatory work is probably making it easier to use the editing functions in Booksmart. Hope that helps!

I have three years' worth of my blog that have been downloaded into Blurb books ... it's actually part of the reason for doing a blog at all. Why is Wordpress no longer supported? Very disappointing from a company that I admired very much ...

Did anyone get their question answered? I am also looking to slurp my wordpress blog and I don't see it as one of the options!

Hi all. I'm afraid we no longer support Wordpress for blog slurping/importing, as noted in this article on Wordpress importing. Basically, a change on Wordpress's end broke the connection we used, and it's not something that will be fixed. You would need to manually copy and paste your entries and images. We're quite sorry about this.
