Poor Quality
First, I order 4 copies of a photo book. They arrived with warped covers and very low quality paper that looked 'wavey'. Blurb wouldn't give a refund - They did give me a credit. I used the credit to buy (2) 16x20 metal prints. They arrived in physically good shape, but the poorest print quality I have ever seen. The colors looks faded, and the prints are overall dark. I am a professional photographer and print my work regularly with multiple labs - I couldn't believe how low quality these were. I wrote Blurb again to resolve this, and they have put me through a long process of emails and still havn't resolved the issue. It has been 10 days since I last heard from anyone. This whole process has taken over a month. Easily the worst experience I have ever had printing my work. Would not recommend. Just not worth the trouble, and you will very likely get something you are disappointing with + they don't take responsibility for issues with their product.
