There Was An Error In My Order and I Can't Get Support

My order arrived damaged (no binding on the bottom pages at all), and I'm trying to get this error corrected. I understand that Blurb is experiencing a high volume of requests and longer response times, but it's been a month now since I've been trying to contact customer support with Blurb, and I haven't heard back at all. This is quite a bit longer than I would expect for even a delayed response time. How can I get support? Please help!

I am sorry your book is damaged. I was able to locate your previous tickets and they seem to have been closed. I’ve created a ticket for you and raised its priority. Someone will reach out to you as soon as possible.
