No response from Support

I've put in several requests for help with the Indesign Plug in (which is not giving me the correct document size) and it's been a week with no response!! I'm trying to order a book for Christmas and am ready to give up on this site. This is the second time where I haven't gotten responses to inquiries. Waiting over a week to provide assistance seems like a bad business plan. Can someone respond to my requests?
