Error in binding

My book is lovely except for two pages that were folded in at the bottom inside corner, about 3” on the diagonal, and then bound that way (folded in and therefore also not trimmed). I have emailed Blurb twice about this—it is supposed to be a 30th birthday gift for this week—and have received no response. I am so disappointed. I understand they are busy, but there must be ways of prioritizing questions. Not sure if/when I will get a reply? For a $200+ investment, I feel a solution should be offered, and quickly.
