Unanswered complaint about print quality

I submitted a complaint about printing errors in 5 books recently received as part of a 40 book order. It has been almost two weeks now, and I have heard nothing. I included photos of each of these 5 problems. Blurb acknowledged receiving my communication by immediately providing me with a ticket id number, but no response as to whether they are going to replace the 5 copies or credit my account????
