FedEx has not received package

Shipment info was sent to FedEx on 10/8 for delivery on 10/12. To date FedEx has not received the package. The status says "the delivery date may be updated when FedEx receives the package." A ticket number was issued (1278448). To date still no response. Is anybody working on help tickets? I've sent 2 emails and no response.
