Graininess/ blurriness of photos in bookwright
I am currently making up my first magazine using bookwright. The magazine contains photos from a recent wedding. When I place images in the magazine many of them 'pixelate' around the highlights in the hair. I have looked and the ISO is high (between 200-1000). I know this will cause noise but when I enlarge to 200% the images aren't grainy at all. Do you think if I go ahead with getting the magazine printed that the images will look as bad as they appear on the screen? I have not turned off the tool in Bookwright that adjust the image to show what it will look like if printed.
