I wan't to publish a book that has references. I have used subscript as the reference mechanism throughout the book with a full reference list at the back of the book. Last time I tried to publish with BookSmart, subscript text was not supported and the text was printed full size, looking like a typo.

Does BookWright support the use of subscript text? If not, what is the solution offered by Blurb?
