Just a quick question, I have the same problem. Any update?
Does anyone have a solution for the tiney text and pictures in the BookWright editor when using a 4K monitor?
A solution other than setting the monitor to a lower resolution, that is. I am talking about the text that comes with the control buttons and pictures displayed in the list of imported pictures and in the left hand pane that displays thumbnails of pages.

I have requested that this be fixed; however, it is considered an enhancement request rather the a problem. See https://support.blurb.com/hc/en-us/requests/392240 for the details of the request. Right now, the best I have been able to come up with is an 8x or 10x magnifying glass.
It is a great pity that the product will not work on 4k screen makes it very hard to work with Blurb
I think Blurb should consider that people interested in photography and putting their images into book format are also the same group who are likely to invest in a higher resolution screen to view those same images with the best quality kit.
An update is not enhancement - its just keeping pace
3 years later, still the same problem! Any fix?
