I keep my workflow so that proofing is done in Word, before converting to RTF and then BookWright. That works well for text, but for images you can't really see the final proof until BookWright. Still, the proofreading can be done conventionally, even using the Track Changes option of Word for suggested fixes.
If you really want to distribute the final appearance from BookWright, the only way I can think of is to go into Preview mode, magnify sufficiently and do a screen capture and paste into Word for each page spread. Choose an appropriate format on the upper left control. You can then convert that Word document into PDF if you prefer for distribution.
