Order Confirmation email
I didn't get an email to confirm my order. Will you send me an email/receipt for my order?
If you recently placed an order, but did not receive an order confirmation email within an hour please check your spam or junk mail folder. Some mail services filter out our messages by mistake.
You can also sign in to your Blurb account and check your order history. There you will see information about current and past orders in your account.
If you do still need help, or did not create a Blurb account when ordering someone else's book, please contact customer support so we can investigate.
