POO Customer service and lack of tech help!

Over the last wo projects and now stsrting my third I have had it. I am flying alone Blurb does not respond to email requests, crash additional info request and NEVER seems to have anyone near a phone. this third project will have to find a new software package and publisher.

I agree entirely with your criticisms Dean. Frequent crashes and no response from the techies. Text moves around between boxes and won't stay put as I want it. I've reported all this via the crash panel, but no response. Is anyone from Blurb out there? Totally disillusioned at present with Blurb after having 3 previous books successfully printed.
