Integrate Support Tickets with Dashboard
I recognize that your help desk system is different from your print and eBook systems and you have done a fine job integrating the print & eBook systems. Would it be possible to have a button/link on the dashboard menu that opens the support system and use a single sign-on so that it is a seamless experience for the user?
