If you're having trouble importing your SmugMug images through BookWright's PhotoManager, make sure that you have the proper permissions set in your SmugMug account.
You can do this by logging into your SmugMug account, navigating to Account Settings --> Privacy --> Authorized Services, locating "Blurb Photo Manager", then selecting "Full" access.
