Your Orders

So far, there has been minimal disruption to our supply chains. However, as the situation remains changeable, we recommend that you continue to check back here for any new updates.

We are currently seeing some delays in expected delivery times. Current delivery dates are not guaranteed by our shipping partners and we are not issuing refunds for missed delivery dates. If you need your order delivered by a specific date, we recommend choosing the fastest shipping method available to allow for potential delays.

Once you receive confirmation that your order has shipped, please check directly with UPS or FedEX for the most up to date information on deliveries in your local area.

Our Staff, Printers, and Couriers

In these uncertain times, we believe it is more important than ever to act in the best interests of our customers, communities, and employees. To this end, we are actively monitoring and reacting to the situation, with our key priority being the safety and wellbeing of our dedicated staff. All Blurb employees are working from home and we are further encouraging everyone to follow the recommended guidelines provided by the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

All Blurb printers and couriers are following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on preventing the spread of the virus. They are taking the following precautions:

  • Gloves and sanitizers, including surface cleaners are available throughout all printing facilities and all work stations are being regularly cleaned down by operators
  • All staff are required to wash their hands before starting work and throughout their shift. Supervisors are monitoring each work station to ensure adherence to strict sanitizing procedures
  • A strict policy is in place to ensure that no employees are allowed to work if they show signs of being unwell

For more information about the precautions being taken by your couriers, please check directly with FedEx and UPS.
