View PDF in a two-page spread like a book

  • Updated

The PDF you purchased from Blurb may display one page at a time when you first open it or your spreads may not be in the right position. You can change the view so two page spreads are correctly displayed side-by-side, just like a printed book. These instructions explain how to change the view in Adobe Reader, a free program for viewing PDF files.

Make sure you download the PDF rather than view it in your browser. Once you've downloaded your PDF and opened it in Reader do the following:

  • Select View > Page Display > Two Page View (or Two Page Scrolling if you prefer).
  • Select Show Cover Page in Two Page View. (This ensures your spreads are positioned correctly).
