Click the “My Support Requests” button above. If you don't see this button, log in to your Blurb account and refresh the page.
Once you're logged in, you can see the current status of any ticket you have submitted with us. The three statuses are:
- Open: We got your request and you’ll soon get an email from our support staff.
- Awaiting your reply: Just what it says on the label, we’re waiting to hear back from you!
- Solved: The issue has been closed, hopefully to your satisfaction.
To re-open a request that is marked Solved, simply add another comment to the original request and it will be re-opened.
