This article explains the payment schedule for profits from photo books sold via our Blurb to Amazon program. If you're selling a trade book on Amazon see our Global Retail Network payment information.
The profit from sales that take place via Amazon show as pending in your monthly profit reports for up to 60 days from the date of the sale.
This 60 day period accommodates Amazon's return policy. If the book is returned within that time period then the pending profit from that sale will be removed from the pending profit section.
After that 60 day period is over, profit from Amazon sales move from pending to completed.
Once your profit moves to completed a payment will be processed and sent to you within 15–45 days after the close of the month, if you meet the minimum payment threshold. Otherwise, your profits will roll over to the next month.
