When you view the tracking information for your shipment on the courier's website you may see a status of "Billing Information Received." This means we've created a shipping label for your order and electronically sent the shipment information to the courier.
However, the courier doesn't actually have possession of your order until they pick it up from our print shop and scan it. When that scan occurs you will be able to track your package.
Normally you'll see an update, and tracking progress, within 24 hours of the "Billing information received" status. It may take up to 48 hours, however, depending on pick-up times and business hours. So if you don't see any additional tracking information after 48 hours please contact customer support.
