When you view the tracking information for your shipment on UPS or FedEx, you may see a status of "Billing Information Received." This means that UPS or FedEx has received the electronic transmission of your order along with its shipment information from our printer and a label has been created for your package. UPS or FedEx does not actually have possession of your order's package until there is an additional scan on that package. When that next scan is made, you will then be able to track your package using the tracking number you received.
