When you view the tracking information for your shipment on the UPS website you may see a status of "Billing Information Received." This means we've created a shipping label for your order and electronically sent UPS your shipment information.
However, UPS (as with Fedex) does not actually have possession of your order until they pick it up from our print shop and scan it. When that scan occurs you will be able to track your package.
Normally you'll see an update and tracking progress within 24 hours of the "Billing information received" status.
