Can't upload to server to order my book with BookSmart

I am unable to connect to server to upload my project and order my book. I have the latest version of BookSmart and have disabled all firewalls and virus filters

Hi, I have exactly the sme issue. I opened a tickeet but d =o you ind sharing the tricks that made your upload OK in the end ? I'm on Booksmart 3.5.3 on macOS, and I managed to upload 3 out of 5 books during the last 24h and after many many many connection trials. And since 20h it's just impossible to connect with my credential via the upload window... Maybe is there a way to directly import a .bookexport into the blurb online portal or via Bookwright ? (not uploading thru Booksmart ?).
Thanks for your help !

I have had two issues that I have been able to solve on my own (hard to get anyone at Blurb to respond to my questions!:

1. I work on my project locally, meaning that my data is saved on my PC as I make progress. Recently I could not access any of my book projects after starting Booksmart. That is because I had either moved my projects to another folder or renamed my Booksmart folder. You have to make sure that your data is in a Folder named "Booksmart" on your PC. Once I moved my files in the "Booksmart" folder on my PC, the application was able to recognize the data.

2. I have had problems loading a finished project from my PC to the Blurb website to order a book. I was able to solve that issue by loading my project from a different PC. I just imported my data on a Thumbdrive to a different PC and accessed the Blurb website from that other PC. That means that the problem was certainly do to a firewall issue with my original PC. I have never really figured out what the issue was and even temporally disabling the Firewall would not solve the issue.
